Potato Spinach Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled, cooked, and mashed
- 2 tea salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ tea pepper
- 2 tbs. green onion tips
- ¼ cup butter
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
- Combine all items and mix well.
- Place in casserole pan.
- Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
