Potato Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled, cooked, and mashed
  • 2 tea salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ tea pepper
  • 2 tbs. green onion tips
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. Combine all items and mix well.
  2. Place in casserole pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
