Ricotta Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 3 cup flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 Tablespoon margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ tea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon milk

Filling

  • 3 lbs ricotta
  • 1 tea vanilla
  • 5 eggs
  • ¼ tea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Steps

  1. For the crust, mix all ingredients and press into the bottom and sides of a springform pan. Set aside.
  2. For the filling, mix all ingredients by hand and pour onto the prepared crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
