Ricotta Pie
Ingredients
Crust
- 3 cup flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 Tablespoon margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoon baking powder
- ½ tea salt
- 1 Tablespoon milk
Filling
- 3 lbs ricotta
- 1 tea vanilla
- 5 eggs
- ¼ tea salt
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Steps
- For the crust, mix all ingredients and press into the bottom and sides of a springform pan. Set aside.
- For the filling, mix all ingredients by hand and pour onto the prepared crust.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
