Ricotta Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow cake mix, follow box directions
- 2 lb container of Sorrento ricotta
- 4 eggs
- 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 12 oz tub cool whip
Steps
- Mix and set aside the yellow cake mix according to the box directions.
- Mix together the container of Sorrento ricotta and eggs.
- Pour cake mixture into the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking dish.
- Spoon cheese mixture on top.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let the cake cool.
- Top with 1 can Cherry Pie Filling and 12 oz tub of cool whip.
