Pretzel Strawberry Jell-O
Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz cool whip
Topping
- 1 large and 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 2 ½ cups boiling water
- 16 oz. frozen strawberries
Steps
- For the crust: Mix together pretzels, melted butter, and sugar, and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- For the filling: Beat cream cheese with sugar, then fold in cool whip. Spread over the cooled crust and refrigerate while preparing the topping.
- For the topping: Mix strawberry Jell-O with boiling water and add frozen strawberries. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set.
