Pretzel Strawberry Jell-O

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cool whip

Topping

  • 1 large and 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 ½ cups boiling water
  • 16 oz. frozen strawberries

Steps

  1. For the crust: Mix together pretzels, melted butter, and sugar, and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  2. For the filling: Beat cream cheese with sugar, then fold in cool whip. Spread over the cooled crust and refrigerate while preparing the topping.
  3. For the topping: Mix strawberry Jell-O with boiling water and add frozen strawberries. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set.
