Potato spinache cassarole
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 potatoes peeled cooked, and mashed
- 2 tea salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- ⅓ tea pepper
- 2 tbs. green onion tips
- ¼ cup butter
- 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
Combine all items mix well.
Place in casserole pan bake in a preheated 400 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
