Potato salad

In a large pot boil 1 doz. eggs and 10 potatoes until potatoes are cooked but not over cooked.

1 stalk chopped celery, set aside

In a large bowl mix

  • 1 cup mayo
  • ½ cup salad dressing
  • 2 tlbs vinegar
  • 2 tlbs sugar
  • 1 tIbs mustard
  • 2 tlbs relish

With cooled potatoes and eggs.
Peel, cut into med size pieces add chopped celery.
Add to wet items mix well sprinkle top with paprika.
Chill at least 4 hours overnight is best.
