PECAN TASSIES

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 6 ozs cream cheese
  • 2 cups flour

Filling

  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbls margarine
  • 1 ½ c packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tea vanilla

Steps

Bake at 375 for 8 -10 minutes. Mix together to form a smooth dough press into the bottom and sides of tassie pan, fill with nut mixture. Remove from pan when still warm.
