Pecan Cheese Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 & ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese (3 bars)
  • 1 & ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 & ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ cup finely chopped nuts (pecans)

Steps

  1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom and side of a 10-inch springform pan. Bake at 350°F.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, brown sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Pour onto crust and bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 250°F and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Cool completely, serve with cool whip and crushed nuts dusted on top of the topping.
