Pecan Cheese Pie
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 & ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz cream cheese (3 bars)
- 1 & ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoon flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 & ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ cup finely chopped nuts (pecans)
Steps
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom and side of a 10-inch springform pan. Bake at 350°F.
- Mix together cream cheese, brown sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
- Pour onto crust and bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 250°F and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely, serve with cool whip and crushed nuts dusted on top of the topping.
