MOM P’s BREAD

Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 cup water
  • 3 Tlbs salt
  • 3 Tlbs. Sugar
  • 5 pks dry yeast
  • 20 cups flour
  • 6 tbls oil
  • corn meal

Steps

Place warm water in large bowl add yeast, dissolve yeast add oil and stir gradually add flour to yeast mixture add salt and sugar before all flour is added knead until dough is smooth, let rise punch down, form into loaves place on greased pan with corn meal on bottom of pan. Tap top for hollow sound to test for doneness. Bake at 350 for 45min.
