Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 lb. ground veal
  • 1/2 loaf stale Italian bread (soak bread in water then squeeze out as much water as possible)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbls. parsley flakes
  • 2 tea garlic powder
  • 1 tea ground pepper

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together by hand (squeeze through your fingers till well mixed).
  2. Roll into balls and place on a slightly oiled cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 1 hour in preheated 350-degree oven, turn meatballs over and cook 1/2 half hour longer.
  4. If adding to sauce, do not cook the last 1/2 hour as they will cook in the sauce.
