Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. ground veal
- 1/2 loaf stale Italian bread (soak bread in water then squeeze out as much water as possible)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbls. parsley flakes
- 2 tea garlic powder
- 1 tea ground pepper
Steps
- Mix all ingredients together by hand (squeeze through your fingers till well mixed).
- Roll into balls and place on a slightly oiled cookie sheet.
- Bake 1 hour in preheated 350-degree oven, turn meatballs over and cook 1/2 half hour longer.
- If adding to sauce, do not cook the last 1/2 hour as they will cook in the sauce.
