Fried pizza

Instructions

1 13oz box instant potatoes (8 ½ cup servings) make as directed but do not add butter. Refrigerate overnight.

Mix 3 pks. Dry yeast in I cup warm water (In a very large brown)
Add potatoes a little at a time till smooth.
Add 5 Ibs. flour little at a time till dough is smooth yet soft (This is soft dough).
Let rise once. Till double in size punch down dough. Place in zipper bags and refrigerate.
Using one bag at a time roll out small pieces of dough. Place sauce and pizza toppings as desired. Fold over pinch edges closed.
Fry in large pan with hot oil.

Pizza sauce

  • 3 Tbs. oil
  • 2 tbs. garlic minced
  • 2 tbs. arsley
  • 2 tbs. oregano’, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 30oz cans tomato puree
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 can water

Needs to cook about ½ hour
