French Onion Soup
4 Cups onions sliced thin sautéed in 6 tibs.
Butter till caramelized
Add 3 tibs wistishishire sauce and pepper to taste.
Add 8 cups beef stock let simmer up to 4 hours.
Meanwhile toast French bread slices.
Fill cups with soup add French bread slice, top with thick slices of provolone cheese.
Place under broiler till cheese is somewhat melted.
