Egg rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts diced small and cooked
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • ⅓ diced scallions
  • 2 can med shrimp drained and crumbled
  • 4 tibs. Soy sauce
  • 1 tibs. Sugar ¼ tea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick melted butter ½ cup
  • 2 cans water chestnuts diced

Steps

combine all ingredients refrigerate one hour stirring occasionally.

1 pk egg roll wrappers.

Place a large spoon full filling in center of wrapper wet all edges with water fold envelope style Deep fry till golden brown.
