Egg rolls
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts diced small and cooked
- 2 cups diced celery
- ⅓ diced scallions
- 2 can med shrimp drained and crumbled
- 4 tibs. Soy sauce
- 1 tibs. Sugar ¼ tea salt
- 1 egg
- 1 stick melted butter ½ cup
- 2 cans water chestnuts diced
Steps
combine all ingredients refrigerate one hour stirring occasionally.
1 pk egg roll wrappers.
Place a large spoon full filling in center of wrapper wet all edges with water fold envelope style Deep fry till golden brown.
