Cheese Dip in Hollowed Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf round hard crust bread
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Cut off top of bread in pumpkin fashion, remove the bread from the center leaving only the shell. Set aside.
  2. Heat until cheese melts.
  3. Add 1 cup mayonnaise and ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
  4. Re-melt if necessary, add milk until a good dipping consistency is reached, and pour into hollowed bread.
  5. Serve with the bread pieces from the middle and cubes of good crusty bread.
