Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 tea baking soda
  • 1 tea cinnamon
  • 1/2 tea salt
  • 1 tea vanilla
  • 2 cup grated carrots
  • 1 & 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 small can crushed pineapples with juice

Icing

  • 1 (8 oz) pack cream cheese
  • 4 Tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1/2 tea vanilla
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Steps

  1. Mix all cake ingredients in the order given.
  2. Pour into a well-greased tube pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the icing, mix all ingredients together until smooth and spread over the cooled cake.
