Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cup flour
- 2 tea baking soda
- 1 tea cinnamon
- 1/2 tea salt
- 1 tea vanilla
- 2 cup grated carrots
- 1 & 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 small can crushed pineapples with juice
Icing
- 1 (8 oz) pack cream cheese
- 4 Tablespoon butter, softened
- 1/2 tea vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Steps
- Mix all cake ingredients in the order given.
- Pour into a well-greased tube pan.
- Bake at 325°F for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
For the icing, mix all ingredients together until smooth and spread over the cooled cake.
