BREAD PUDDING
Bread pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cup milk
- ¼ margarine
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tea cinnamon
- 1 tea salt
- 6 cups dry bread cubes
- ½ cup raisins
Steps
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. Heat milk and margarine till melted. Mix eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in large bowl stir in bread cubes and raisins. Stir in milk mixture. Pour into 9x13 greased pan place pan in hot water bath bake uncovered serve warm with apricot sauce.
APRICOT SAUCE
Ingredients
- 1 6oz jar apricot preserves
- 2 cups water
- ½ tea cinnamon
- 1 tea lemon juice
Steps
Mix all together and bring to a simmer let simmer about 15 minutes.
